MJ's Estate To Go To His Children, Mom Won't Get Any After She Passes

But Mom will still be taken care of!
It was originally reported that Katherine Jackson will receive 40 percent of son Michael Jackson's estate with 40 percent going to his 3 children and 20 percent to go to charity.
However it is ultimately up to the trustees to decided the amount of money to go to the beneficiaries.
Regardless of not receiving 40 percent from the get-go, Katherine will have plenty of cash around as she's getting a large allowance at the moment and once the trust is active she will receive even more.
Whatever remains in her trust at the time of her death will automatically go to the kids, as it should.
Sounds like a pretty fair deal for all!

You know what is funny, how everyone was talking all this shit about MJ when he was alive and when he just died. Re: kittenish – Those kids were his even though not genetically and they deserve their inheritance. Michael did not provide for his siblings in the will so they should not benefit from the will. Those 3 children meant the world to him. It sickens me Sony allowed the brothers to "sing" backup on the new/old song/demo, Michael only cared to work with his sister Janet not the 5 fools. The brothers are leaches.
