Joel signed on the dotted line to sell his Perry Street townhouse in the West Village to ex-child bride wife, Katie Lee Joel for $3 mil!
“This deed is pursuant to the separation,” says a rep for the Piano Man.
The couple originally purchased the home in 2005 for $5.9 million, so we’d say Billy cut his wife a deal!
