Amy Winehouse was arrested in a hotel in Norway on Thursday.
The Brit singer was in Bergen for a concert and was taken in by police at her hotel and charged with drug possession.
Her husband, Blake, was also charged.
Amy needs some help…before she ends up dead!
Update: After being questioned by police all night long, Winehouse was just released. She was fined $500 and thankfully only had marijuana in her possession.
She is free to go ahead with her previously scheduled concert in Norway tonight.

one cannot OD on marijuana. if she was caught only with the ganja, then amy is fine. it is natural, not physically addictive and so forth. i smoke quite frequently and i hold a professional job, am in a monogamous relationship with a wonderful man, active in gay rights and own my own home, drive a volvo, i travel and love life. i seldom drink alcohol except for beer or wine with dinner.
