Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

I can't say whether Britney is a good mother or not, what with not knowing her from Eve. But I do know that for most "common folk" nothing relating to court procedings or child custody ever moves along so quickly. No normal person loses, gains, loses, and gains custody of their kids within days (or even weeks.) Maybe just enough special treatment to keep the story in the gossip headlines?

Real people in the real world lose visitation rights for a lot less than this stupid idiot has done. I haven't been in the courtroom, so obviously I can't see the judge's reasoning, but it does look like Britney is getting way more chances than she probably deserves. The judge seems to be treating her like a wayward child rather than like the adult that she supposedly is. It must be a California thing that you're allowed to disregard court orders and still be given preferential treatment.
Having been there personally… I can certainly sympathize… The judge (court) wants to see improvement and almost always favors the mother… its a long process but the system really does work… it worked in my case… am not an enabler BUT she needs more time… It is in the best interest of those children if she gets better… I hope she can find her way..

For example, men who abuse their spouse have visitation rights in the presence of a monitor. When a child witnesses abuse it is considered child abuse. Even if the child is not physically harmed by the perpetrator. According to reports from the media Britney was ordered to have monitored visitations for not following court orders such as taking random drug and alcohol tests and meeting with a parenting coach.
