Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

From all I've read in the news, it sounds like the judge in her case is one of the seemingly very few that doesn't give celebs special treatment just because of who they are and I think that's great. Laws are for EVERYONE, regardless of how much money you make or who your friends are and they should be upheld that way. Britney is not getting any special treatment - I've been a divorce attorney for almost 20 years and have been before Scott Gordon many, many times. He is one of the best judges down there and truly has a concern for kids. One of those concerns is that they see their mother - be it Britney or anyone else. The monitor is there for a reason and that is to protect the kids if need be. Gordon goes by the book an if anything errs on the side of caution. It is much better for all involved that the boys be with their mother, rather than a nanny, as long as the monitor is there as well. Britney is clueless and has grown up in a bubble but she's starting to get it - granted very slowly. But going back to court again and again when the parents are angry and bitter is very common - both Britney and Kevin need to grow up quickly.
