Unfitney Regains Visitation Of Her Kids

Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

I work with disadvantaged kids for a living and think that the way Britney is being teated is appalling, They favor that father who's had kids to another person and didn't interact with them as much due to prolly no money involved, plus people have verbally stated how kevin smokes Gunji, well hello isnt that drugs, test the father too you democratic, publicity driven dicks, also perez, its ok to bitch about someone harmlessly for a few times but get over attacking Britney its got to a point where its devastating and ruining little kids lives do you not have a heart let alone a brain.

She never conformed to the rulings. She just did the drug tests (after avoiding them for I don't know how long which I do not find very cooperative at all) and then she skipped the parental coaching session. We also have yet to hear that she participated in joint parental coaching with K-Fed.
And the way she's acting, she out of it most of the time. She can't say two coherent sentences in a row.
I strongly suspect she passed those drug tests by giving the testers her assistant's urine instead of her own. There is NO WAY that her own urine would pass the test.

If you were idiot enought to lose your kids, and really wanted them back, the most important thing would be to have a working phone, You know, in case your kids want to see you or talk to you. Does that mean when the kids are with her the phone may not work in case of an emergency. Also, she is so pampered, except for in the freak show that is California, it is usually months in between court dates. Nothing ever gets done this quickly. It is so hard for the rest of the country to watch all these "special" people get away with all these horrible things. And the innocent victims suffer. It's sick.

These things have not been confirmed by either lawyer.

The court will probably never completely take her visitation away but her actions will certainly influence the decision on how much visitation she gets. She and Kevin are being evaluated right now and she is looking pretty unstable. The final decision will probably favor the parent who is most capable of abiding by the rules and that is not her by far. Kevin also seems to be bending over backwards to accommodate her so the kids can see their mother and that looks good for him. I just hope she's not going for shared custody just to keep from having to pay child support.

Courts always give moms special treatment when it comes to seeing their kids. In an unusual twist Britney isn't actually getting special treatment. She just has to not premeditatedly kill someone and she can at least SEE her kids. Give it up people, unfortunately there are FAR, FAR worse moms.

I dont thnk it is special treatment - even if she is a whack job its probably really stressful for the two boys not to see their mother. they are not really thinking of breitney's feelings but her sons and wanting them to have at least some regular visits with her. probbaly the judge would like to send her to a nut house for good but knows that its no good for the kids.
The thing that seems unfair to me is the fact that most people have to wait months for just one court date. It doesn't make sense to me how she could get all these "emergency" court dates over and over again. I know her children are important, but there are seriously abused and neglected kids out there who can't get help because the court system lets people like Britney have special treatment. Regardless of whether she gets her kids back, just the fact that she's been allowed to monopolize so much precious court time is outrageous!
As a mother, if I EVER lost custody of my children I would do WHATEVER was necessary to get them back and I wouldn't do ANYTHING to jepordize that. Most of the time the courts do not readily take children away from parents at all. Look how many times ABUSED babies are returned to the ABUSERS because there is not enough "evidence". At the end of the day, Spears is the mom and Federline is the dad. Their kids need to spend time with both of them so long as each parent can provide a safe environment. Not a perfect Father Knows Best home but a safe one. This is what the Family Court rulings are all about. It's surprising to me that so far no 12 hour questions have come up about Federline; that may be because he employs a full-time nanny. It seems that the Family Court must see progress/improvement going on here and for the kids, and it's all about the kids, that is a good thing.

I haven't been at Perez much since his call for a Britney boycott. He generally praises druggy stars, like methheads who buy babies globally, or ugly Brits who make shit music about being a loser, but he seems to have some strange compulsion to say things about Britney. Perhaps if he looked within his bloated self, he would see the addictive disorder within himself that makes him focus on the wrong in her so much — perhaps she's his inner child, lol, just thinner and more beautiful?
I especially love people who say "Why do people even care about her?" — which is funny, because she's sold way more than her competitors, and her recent single burned up the charts unexpectedly. Do stats mean nothing to the haters?
