Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

If you hate Britney so much and want her to fail, why do you keep reporting on her? It's getting to the point where it's almost unbearable to come to your site because all you do is bash her and pray that she falls on her face. A couple weeks ago, you posted something about her shopping and said something to the effect of, "Why don't you go do drugs? You know you want to?" Just stop writing about her.
If anything she has had more attention paid to her parenting skills since she is a celebrity… I know a whole lot normal people who drink and do drugs and leave their kids at home by themselves that still have custody. I am not saying Britney is perfect but come on people she is human and we are all flawed. At least she has nannies!!!! Most of the people who have issues don't even have that.

Did she really get her rights back? From what I understand, no one has seen her with her kids — they are just going by what People is reporting. Keep in mind, People is celeb friendly and not above running a story to help a star's PR. With all the paparazzi who follow Britney, I think we'd have a photo of her and her kids if this had an ounce of truth to it. Also, the courts aren't open on the weekend, for the most part!

I dont condone britneys behavior, but if she is suffering from depression or a mental condition then she has a legitimate medical reason to behave the way she is. As for her drug and alcohol abuse. Many times people use these things to self medicate the way they are feeling. Noone but britney knows how she feels, but I do know that all of her behaviors indicate she is suffering from depression. People who are depressed lose interest in almost everything in their life (including family). If she does have a serious mental issue she will not seek help until she hits rock bottom. This is why some people commit suicide, because they just can't see worth in their life anymore.
As far as not living a boring life. How the hell do you know what shes doing? I go out everyday to run errands, get coffee, see friends, go shopping. And guess what? My children love to do this with me. Is she suppose to stop living because the paparazzi and perez can't chill out a bit?

Hahaha…while I agree that it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that this pathetic excuse for a mother has regained custody rights to her children, I have to say that I am holding out hope that the judge has ulterior motives for allowing this to happen. Look on the brightside Paris, she HAS to have them at least a few times so the court-appointed monitor can see what an awful mother she is…and since that has yet to happen because she continues to FAIL to comply with the court's orders or even make herself available when her own kids come to see her, maybe the judge thought he should give them back so he has SOME professional opinion for the court date on the 26th. That's what I would've done if I were him. At least this way, the monitor can see how bad of a mother she is for sure and report it to the courts. Without this, the court monitor really doesn't have much to work with.

I really think that Britney had a very promising career. She was talented and had a long life ahead of her as an entertainer. Then she met Kevin, things started to go downhill. Everything still seemed ok when she had Sean Preston. But it just seems to have gotten really bad since she had Jayden. I think she has the potential to be a really great mother, but I also think that she is very sick and desparately needs help. Personally, I think her career is unsalvageable as well..

I know personally that when you are sick, everything can be overwhelming, and you want it all to just go away. So I can see where her possible depression or Bi-Polar or whatever it is can make her act erratically.
No-one knows but Britney what really goes on in her head. I do think that a psychological eval would be in her and the kids best interest. I do think she loves them, but I think she needs an evaluation so that she can get the help she so clearly needs to be the mother she wants to be and the mother the boys deserve.

As much as it pains me to say, as I am soooo not a Britney fan, she IS still their mother, and deserves some type of visitation with those kids. The fact that her visits are supervised does prove that she is not getting a great deal of preferential treatment. However, she does not seem to be taking losing primary custody of the boys very seriously, seeing as she gets visitation, gets it taken away, and then given back. I wonder how many times this "visitation ping-pong" will go on, as it can't be good for anyone involved, especially the kids. For the kids' sakes, as well as her own, she needs to get some sort of psychiatric help and chemical dependency counseling before she really harms someone.

I've read about her visitation on several sites and they infer that she was "driving around" and that she stopped at Starbucks. Does this mean wandering around aimlessly? Or driving from wherever she picked up the kids and returning to her home.
If I only saw my kids infrequently, I would want to spend every second with them at home. Not in the back seat of my car where they see they back of her hideous weave and where she can see them in the rear view mirror.

I'm beginning to think drugs are not the problem. She shows all the classic signs of bi-polar disorder. I'm no britney fan by far but I imagine its really hard to conduct your day to day life with people simply blocking you from leaving your drive way everyday and stalking you all day. It is clear that she is defiant of court orders but Its seems moreso like she's going "screw you i'm no crack head" so she's refusing to do what they say because she resents the implications. However, she should do it to be cooperative to make the proceedings go smoother. But thus far, she has proven she's no drug addict. So what are we throwing stones for? She's young and may need parenting class but what she also needs is protection from people who practically trip her in the streets while she's carrying her baby. You people in support of Britney need to get over it. First, she is not a girl, she is a grown woman, well in her 20s with two children. Not unheard of. She is not a teenager who can't understand the concept of motherhood and all it entails. She makes very bad choices not a minute to minute basis, but a second to second basis. Second, anyone who does not understand that when a judge issues orders, you have to carry through with it. Again, this is a no-brainer. Most children are aware of the impact of a judge's orders. Third, with all of her problems, she sure does set herself up for pubic ridicule. She is constantly seen out and about making herself the center of attention. With all of her personal and legal troubles, wouldn't you think she could get it through her head that she needs to disappear for awhile and regroup? Again, this is a woman who at this point is closer to 30 than 20. So all of you supporters of her bad behavior and bad decisions, just keep watching and supporting and I am sure she will be more than happy to give you what you want. In the meantime, her children suffer.
