Unfitney Regains Visitation Of Her Kids

Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

Actually she probably gets more scrutiny that normal people. As a social worker and not a gossip monger like Perez, the goal is family preservation and family unification. The children need to be with their parents both of them despite their parents weaknesses. The stuff that Britney has done would not normally have risen to the level of court invovlement had high powered lawyers not been involved. Kevin's lawyers are playing to win and are not looking for the children best interest. If they were they would be working to bring Britney into the parenting fold and he would be reaching out to Britney to help the mother of his children become a better mother. He is just fighting and that is shameful. He should be putting the children first by relzing that she is their mother and they need her as much as they need him.

Actually, I think Britney gets treated worse sometimes because she's famous. It's like the courts try to make "an example" out of her. She deserves to get those kids back if she's passing all her drug tests (which she has so far) and is fixing her driving issues… by the way, you should report more on how the hit and run charges have been dropped and she's got a valid CA license now. a mother will always gain rights to see her kids no matter who it is ..just the court system reprimanding a person to a court order until it is lived out. A mother could be a serial killer and still have the right to see her children so why not this drug user. Of course she will see her children again its in the best interest of the boys to see their mother whether the courts approve of her or not. I think this dead beat realizes this too that is why she test the court the way she does.

The LOSER is getting special treatment. Apparently the judical system in California has it's own set of rules when it comes to celebrities and wealthy. Remember O.J., Paris, Nicole & Lindsay. They should have the same set of laws to follow by as the rest of us working class. No one else would get the same treatment as her. The judge should have kept to his order instead of giving UNFITNEY what she wants.
