In addition to trying to ensure that he is in control of Dannielynn's finances, Howard K. Stern has also just filed papers in court demanding more money.
Yup, if the estate of Anna Nicole Smith ever cashes in on their lawsuits against the Playmate's late husband, Howard Marshall, Stern is asking for "6% of the Estate's net recovery."
That 6% could end up being millions and millions of dollars!
How is Larry Birkhead feeling about all of Howard's legal maneuvering??

what a fuckin scuzball this guy is. Maybe he is doing it to provide for his and Larrys' future together…???!!! He obviously hasn't found anyone else to suck off (or off of) yet!
Actually that was worked into their original contract when Anna was still alive and it is far far below whrat he could have received. This was discused by Howard on Larry King a ahile ago. He was the lead attorney with most of the cases leading all the way to the supreme court. He rightfully could have received 33%. Considering the years he put into it I think he is being generous.
I hope he is brought to justice for his crimes.

PEREZ, if you don't know about the law you shouldn't talk about it. You've done this before with legal matters. It has been set all along that HKS would get 6% of the award from the Marshall estate for the legal work that he did on Anna's behalf. He EARNED it. Lots of attorney's take 25-33% of awards. Your stupidity is amazing ,but I'm sure you just have what, a high school degree? Leave the legal matters to the more educated folk.

I think Howard Stern believed that he was the father, and that therefore, with Anna Nicole out of the way, he would be sole controller of Danneilynn's inheritance, controlling it in into his own bank, most likely. But when a little wrench called Larry Birkhead got thrown in, and he ALSO turned out to be the real father, Stern lost all control of any monies coming through Dannielynn.
Now Howard's still trying to get his hand in Anna Nicole's pockets? Why? They weren't married, the kid's not his…go look in another mine for gold, Swarthy Cleopatra. Greed is written all over your face.
Only 6%? That's pittance considering most attorneys in the same position usually get 33%…and some even get 40%! Howard came into Anna Nicole's life initially as her lawyer for the estate challenge against Marshall and then became her friend and companion. That he should NOT get a payoff for the many years he put into this thing is inconceivable…and only 6% to boot! Personally, I think he's asking for too little.
