This morning, the epitome of deadbeat dads, Michael Lohan, leaked a tape of his daughter Lindsay Lohan, who was crying to him on the phone about how no one cared about her.
We’ll suppose it was an effort to create some backlash for his daughter, but all he accomplished was to inflate our disdain for him and sympathize with LiLo a little bit more.
Moments ago, Lindsay dignified her terrible father with a response through her Twitter, saying:
“My father’s such a loser & those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think that he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha- he’s needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN. Thank you to my fans for all of your support I luv you all so much! And I’m lucky to have great family & friends THAT ARE in my life & are positive influences! So much going on in the world, let’s focus on putting our energy into the RIGHT things 🙂 … Love you all.”
Hmm. We didn’t even think about him editing them to be far worse than they were! Is there no length he won’t go for attention?!
Shameful!
But at least Lindsay shows a tad bit of growth by standing up for herself. We’re proud of you, kid!
