Lady GaGa‘s music video for her new hit single, Bad Romance, is expected to premiere today (hopefully).
The Princess of Pop sat down for an interview recently and gave some juicy deets about the project. It sounds FIERCE!
The concept, Gagaloo explains, is to capture the “tough female spirit” as GaGa finds herself a kidnapped victim of a group of jealous supermodels.
She says:
“There’s this one shot in the video where I get kidnapped by supermodels. I’m washing away my sins and they shove vodka down my throat to drug me up before they sell me off to the Russian mafia.”
Dark..and exciting!
And, of course, we must talk about what she will wear!
The big fashion statement of the video: Razor blade sunglasses! Ouch!
GaGa explains:
“I wanted to design a pair for some of the toughest chicks and some of my girlfriends ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ don’t do this at home! ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ they used to keep razor blades in the side of their mouths. That tough female spirit is something that I want to project. It’s meant to be, ‘This is my shield, this is my weapon, this is my inner sense of fame, this is my monster.’ “
