She's At It Again! Carrie Prejean Flakes On Another Appearance!

This time at our National’s Capitol! The stakes get higher, but she still remains a lowlife.

Carrie Prejean is NOTORIOUS for scheduling events and then canceling at the last minute or just not showing up at all. So it came to no surprise to us that she flaked out on an appearance in Washington D.C today.

Carrie was suppose to show up at the Luce Policy Institute to speak with one of the tours. Then, true to form, an hour before the event, she canceled, forcing the organizers to call all the attendees to deliver the news personally.
