Michael Lohan seems to think so!
Ex-wife Dina Lohan is reportedly taking legal action to put Michael in prison over his multiple recent releases of phone calls about their daughter, Lindsay Lohan.
Dina claimed that the calls were made while she was under a criminal protection order that banned Michael from contacting her by email or phone until 2011. Michael’s response?
“It’s bullshit. I called the house to talk to the kids and she would get on the phone and tell me all this stuff. I couldn’t control that. I have all the tapes to prove it.”
Michael even says that Dina would call him drunk and rambled on about her life’s problems, including her boyfriend!
LOLs!
Now those are the tapes we’d actually want to hear!
