Last month, Nicole Richie was granted a temporary restraining order against paparazzo Bam Bam (Eduardo Arrivabene) as well as his partner, Ivon Miguel.
According to legal docs filed by Nicole, the two paps would regularly “sit outside [her] house, waiting for [her] to leave,” and “scream at [Richie] in an attempt to her [her] reaction,” as well as chase Richie in their car.
Bam Bam is the pap who Nicole claims caused the car accident she had last month.
But finally, a judge has decided to issue an official restraining order against the paparazzo and his partner.
The restraining order will be in effect for three years and the two must stay at least 50 yards away from Richie and her kids at all times.
