The starlet has owned up to her plastic surgery in the past, due to a car accident in which her sunglasses sliced the skin under her eye, but this looks like more than facial reconstructive surgery to us!

McGowan now looks like just another Hollywood botoxed beauty – and sources say her ever-changing face may be costing her jobs.

Rose was reportedly up for a role in 2007’s Speed Racer, but lost it to Christina Ricci because viewers “might not know who she was.”
