The $4 billion dollar lawsuit against Miley Cyrus has been thrown out of court!
A woman by the name of Lucie Kim filed a class-action lawsuit against Disney star, saying Cyrus’ now-infamous slant-eyed pic was a violation of “a statute that prohibits businesses from discriminating against minorities.”
Kim’s attorney argued that “every time [Cyrus] sells herself she engages in a business transaction,” so natch, Miley should face the same consequences a business would if they were to discriminate against a race.
Yeah, we don’t buy it!
The judge wisely threw out the bogus case, stating that yes, the image of Miley is offensive, but she didn’t break any state laws with her unintentional discrimination.
