I totally agree with whomever said they left out avril lavigne and renee zellwegger. Renee Zellewegger is the most over-rated, hideously ugly woman in Hollywood. Woof! However, if judging from the picture shown above, I'd agree with SJP on this list. However, most of the time I think she's way cute and always has the best makeup and hair. But the picture above is frightening!
