Britney has no one to blame for not regaining custody of her kids but herself!

The most damning evidence that hurt Spears in her bitter baby battle with K-Fed was the testimony and a report by the court-appointed parenting coach. All of which "concerned" the Commissioner immensely.
According to the court's ruling and the parenting coach's testimony/report:
- Britney failed to meet the parenting coach on three separate and previously scheduled occasions
- Britney is not child-centered
- "It seems that her choices are more dependent upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."
- When the kids are with Britney, they have no real schedule or routine
- "The environment in the house ranged from chaotic to somber with little communication at all."
- Britney has a "lack of general attention at times."
- Spears had "no interest in talking to or utilizing [the parenting coach's] guidance"
Per the court, Britney still has to submit to drug testing, twice a week, despite her lawyer's best efforts to get that removed.
A missed test is a failed test.
Spears and K-Fed will be in court next on November 26th.

I suspect that Britney just froze up around that parenting coach. When someone is watching your every move to try to criticize you, it can be difficult. If I were Britney I would try to get back together with K-Fed and have a chance to live with the kids. If you read the same report I read, it clearly stated that by the fourth visit, she improved. So clearly the report was based on the first visit. IT also stated that she loves her children as they love her and they have a bond with her. So I do believe this is completely wrong…here you have a commissioner trying to make an example of a person that is doing what she was told to do. WE don't know what in creation is going on. What we do know is what Kevin's attorney keeps leaking to the media. Last time I checked the reason she is being photographed whether it was her intention or not is b/c she is famous. Bottom line. What her attorneys should do is go and ask for the commissiners removal from this case. A real judge should preside over this case.

When I had my first child(7 years ago) I had to figure out how to balance new baby,work,marriage,family life etc. It was hard,but my husband and I figured it out TOGETHER,.We have 3 kids now ages 7,5 & 2,,and guess what? we are still supporting each other,and our family support is great.

Despite the obvious of what she is doing wrong (eg. child proofing) it does say in that report that the 3rd meeting was very positive for the children and that Britney obviously loved her kids and was great with them. This would lead a person with any brain at all to the conclusion that she had been nervous and unable to act as herself at the first two monitored visitiation. God, Failed Actor Mario. 2. Janet's story is true. Tennessee is now being made with Mariah Carey. In the book, the character is very overweight. Producers confirmed Janet was due to begin filming for the role, until scheduling forced her to drop out.
Kevin is just as bad, if not worse. He's not watching the kids, the nannies are! He's just putting on a good front for the $$$ Brittney is not the loser here, the kids are, and that's sad!
