The DJ's suit had no merit and a Los Angeles judge agreed with us on Thursday.
Not only did Ronson lose her case, BUT she also has to pay all of our attorney fees!
We did not back down from her intimidation tactics. We did not settle it. We fought this and won.

This is no victory for the free speech of retarded bloggers. What Ronson objected to was Perez stating that she planted cocaine on Lohan and set her up for arrest. She denied being a drug user or ever having touched cocaine. The judge did not rule that Perez was correct and that she was not truthful. The case was dismissed because of a legal technicality - her lawyers had to prove malice on the part of Perez, which they couldn't. This is certainly not justice, especially if she was being truthful (which we do not know), and it is certainly not a "victory" for Perez Hilton. Although it does mean he can go on publishing lies and hearsay as long as it does not appear that it is out of malice. Ronson is not a "fame seeker" and she is from a respected & talented family. Perez is both a fame seeker and a talent seeker, but he has no talent, only a special flair for retardedness and gaining weight, and getting more ugly.
Perez will be sued dozens of times again and will lose sometimes, until he is put out of business. That's just how it is. Perez fans - get a clue.
