Her name is Nancy Shevell, a board member of NYC's Metropolitan Transportation Authority board.
She was spotted making out with the Beatle in the Hamptons this past weekend and on Wednesday she was besieged by reporters as she left her apartment building.
Oh yeah, Nancy is currently MARRIED to some lawyer in Long Island! Scandalicious.
Her husband, Bruce A. Blakeman, a Republican attorney and member of the board of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, has told reporters: “I am legally separated from Nancy. The separation is amicable and mutual.”
Shevell is also a vice president of New England Motor Freight Inc., a New Jersey firm run by her father, Mike Shevell, that's had ties to organized crime!
McCartney spokesman, Paul Freundlich, said they would say nothing about the reports of his new romance. "We don't comment, as a policy, on private or business affairs."
On the bright side of things…Nancy can't be as bad as Heather Mills, right???

I know Nancy and she is a very classy, smart, generous woman. She is also a breast cancer survivor and has known Paul for years. She has her own money, so you can't call her a gold digger. And NEMF is soooooo NOT connected to the mob-that makes me laugh.

I met her once, a long time ago, when she was shopping with her Mom, and she was very nice.
Her Mom was a customer at the place that I worked and I helped her quite often.
Her Mom, Arlene, was a really wonderful lady! And very, very nice to her kids- they adored her.
