Bad boy Australian footballer Ben Cousins was hospitalized in Los Angeles last week.
A scared friend of his called 911 and had an ambulance come get him after he was "on cocaine not acting right."
Benny boy went on a massive five day non-stop coke binge.
You see, he could have really been at Britney's house after all!

You are such an idiot. Yeah, we all hide in the bush killing people - that's why out of a population of 22million abut 21million of us live in citites. Those movies are only made because they feed into the American 'understanding' of Australia - you guys can't really seem to comprehend that we aren't all Steve Urwin or Crocodile Dundee, that we have theatre (heaps of the actors in US movies and TV shows now are Australian, you'd be really surprised how many), art, sport and great universities. But forget that: no, we all just sit in the bush waiting to kill people. Take a look at the amount of horror films in the US - no one would ever go there if those were true (I'm not even going to get into how much closer to the truth of America's violent society those films actually are).
PS - I really feel for Ben Cousins' family. I wish him all the best trying to kick this habit, I hope this has been a serious wake-up call for him.

Ben is one of the best AFL players ever, all he has ever wanted to do is just play football, and not buy into the media circus that surrounds the AFL. Despite all of his battles and off field dramas he, and the Eagles, have always played their best. Their off field dramas read like a day time soap, yet they managed to end up in the finals- what is the Docker's excuse? I think the media should just back off, shut up, let Ben get better and stop putting their useless two cents worth into the discussion about Eagles, the police case and Ben's future playing career.

Meh, i feel sorry for poor benny boy…I mean sure he's a crack head..But who isn't in perth, or anywhere in the world for that matter!! the guy needs help..He went off the rails again after Mainy passed away, god know's he probably gave him the gear that killed him..Who knows but the poor kid's life has turned to shit..Unfortunately sometimes you have to hit rock bottom till you can ever get help and realise you need to change..This does however confirm his dad was full of shit when he said he knew where Ben was, which everyone knew…Guess my theory of him in vagas having big fat lines off some chicks fake titties was true.. I jsut hope he get's the help he needs and people in Perth and Australia as a whole finally realise that Ice (rock, gear whatever people call it) is becoming a big problem and something needs to be done..This experience can be used in a positive way, liek rbigning awareness to younger kids in our country and realise that smoking that shit is pure evil..

The younger fans of his are more likely going to buy rock than coke…It's really sad, no one deserves to be sick, no one deserves to die..even if it is by their own choosing by overdosing on too many drugs!! Addiction isn't easy, be it a drug addiction, or gambling etc; Smoking rock is 10 times mroe addictive than heroin and a hard habbit to beat…at the end of the day the only person who can make the change is ourselves and hopefully the people with drug problems in Australis can see this and start making the effort to make themselves better…This happens to people everyday in our country, it's jsut because he is in hte public eye that a big deal is made about it…

why don't you get your FACTS straight! i am an Aussie living over here and was in Australia when Ben was arrested, ALL CHARGES have been dropped and the Police have aplogized. DID YOU KNOW that Chris Mainwaring passed away at the age of 41 when all this started with Ben? Chris was a good friend of Ben's and a legend In Perth, he played for the Eagles as well. I was THERE when Chris died and Ben took it hard. He had been doing well after his first stint in rehab but you add up all that has happened and you tell me how sad it all is for Ben, i perosnally feel bad for him and am not surprised he has a relapse after all that has happened. put up recent pics, not ones from a month ago.
The Perth media have nothing better to do than stalk Ben and look it up…all charges DROPPED on top of that happening and Chris dying he was fired by the Eagles due to the charges that were DROPPED…….LEAVE BEN ALONE

we love ben cousins… he has just been banned unfairly by the afl for a year but he is one of the greatest australian rules football players of our generation, a former captain of the west coaast eagles and a brownlow mwdallist (the greatest honour bestowed upon any afl player each year)… just because he is gorgoues and likes to party the mney hungry powers tha be in the afl, median and conservative politicians are hounding him and hindering any chace of rehabilitation… go ben , we all love you and hope you get well soon…
