Cue the violins!
Howard K. Stern is telling the new issue of Us Weekly that he's brizoke.
Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer, and the executor of her estate, says, "I am in debt and basically broke.”
Hmmm. How much did he get paid for the Us interview????
He tells the mag, "There’s this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna’s death. It couldn’t be further from the truth."
Due to the fact the he's suing more than a dozen people, including author Rita Cosby, Stern says that he owes his parents “hundreds of thousands of dollars.”
Don't be surprised if Howard starts shopping his own reality show or trying to get a gig as a legal commentator on TV.
He's got bills to pay!

And the irony is that they all seem to be angling for a portion of the Marshall fortune, which, according to EVERY credible legal analyst, is never going to materialize. Back in the late 90's, I was dating a coke dealer In Ft. Laud, Fl. My man said he had to make a run. I always stayed home while he did this. I don't know what made me ask who's it for, I never asked before. but I did. He told me Howard Stern. I was like "WHA???" He said NOT THAT Howard Stern. At that time, I didn't know of any other HS. So I told him to be careful (cops) and to hurry back. Now looking back I realise how close I came to meeting Anna. But he wouldn't have taken me, they never took girlfriends or wives. I guess so as not to scare the celebs. Hard Rock Wasn't built then, so I don't know where HKS was staying. Didn't ask. Oh well, that was then. I'm sure when HKS comes to Fl. he still buys from my ex. Woulda been cool to meet Anna tho.
