The trashy stripper that leaked pictures of Oscar De La Hoya dressed like a tranny filed a lawsuit against him on Thursday.
She's claiming fraud, defamation and infliction of emotional distress.
The ho wants $100 million!
The woman also claims she was De La Hoya's mistress for a year and a half.
The lawsuit said the woman - a "model" - has "suffered from increased, severe levels of stress, anxiety and depression" and "has been unable to work since the incident."
De La Hoya's reps had no comment on the lawsuit.

The majority of Salvadorians are actually indigenous, however. The stereotypical "short, dark Mexican" would actually look more like a Salvadorian than anything else. While it is true that Salvadorians (and most Central Americans for that matter) hate Mexicans, it is for various different reasons that should have little to do with crime. Central Americans have to travel through Mexico to get to the US and because many have to live in Mexico for days, weeks, and sometimes even months before crossing the border illegaly, they experience a lot of discrimination while there (ironically enough, they stand out more easily because of their indigenous look).
"Rich White Lady" (whose display name screams "nouveau riche") might want to tell her Salvadorian maid to stop calling Mexicans criminals when she most-likely crossed the border illegaly herself.
