Britney needs to turn over her rights to K-Fed or the state. Then she doesn't have to pay support. Turn those brats over and let K-Fed worry about how to put food in their mouth. Move on. This obviously is not working. I do not even know why she is fighting.
How about they prevent her from SEEING her kids for awhile? Who knows what sorts of communicable disease and other hazards she exposes those kids to? Preventing her from driving is just the icing on this trainwreck cake…

Also, regardless of who is surrounding her she had no right to run a red light. Regardless. When are people going to realize that for the Commissioner, this is not about her, it is about the children. He's not out to hurt her or help her, nor is he out to hurt or help K-fed, he is there to do what he can to protect the children. The rest is totally up to her as an adult. I think the media is terrible reporting this…it is evident from the video she was inching her way out into the intersection trying to make a left while the light was green! She couldn't get through the intersection because photographers were standing infront of the car! Once they cleared she went, as she was already past the stop line. You try to drive under those conditions. I think the media is creating some of these issues and then taking advantage of her. If the court was serious about protecting those boys, they should have a restraining order against any photographer being within 1000 yards of Sean and Jayden and prohibiting the printing of their pictures. That would give them the peace they need.
Kids would be better off in foster care and apart. They are a waste of time anyway. Just watch how messed up they will be. Might be better off getting in an accident with Britney.

I read on other sites that the judge "requested" that she not drive with the kids in the car. The kids are the ones in the middle of this whole mess. Brit needs to hit bottom before she can help herself. I lost custody of my daughter for one year because of my dumb ass drinking. I was selfish and out of control. Been clean over 3 years and my lovely daughter has been with me for almost two years now. Losing my child was enough for me to say, WTF am I doing.

First, it was reported on a more reputable site that the judgement was only a request not an order that BS not drive with her kids in car and second, it would be a good thing that she not drive with them because with all those psycho paparazzi surrounding her all the time, god only knows what could happen. hopefully she would abide by that request.
