"Michael is a cheater and a rat," Tiffany Bromley tells the Globe.
The Canadian crooner has been dating Devil Wears Prada actress Emily Blunt for a few years, and Bromley claims, "We've made mad, passionate love a couple of times since he and Emily have been together. The last time was August 17 in the apartment they share in Vancouver."
Tiffany says she has been fucking Buble on and off for the past decade.
