Lawyer's for the family of the victim in the Nick Hogan car crash think that the Hulkster's divorce from wife of nearly 25 years, Linda, is merely a ruse.
Kimberley Kohn, a Tampa attorney who represents Ed Graziano, the father of injured passenger John Graziano, is doubting the Hogan divorce.
She claims that Hulk and Linda are splitting in a move to protect their assets.
The Graziano family is planning to sue the Hogans and if they are divorced, they would have to go after each one individually, making it much more difficult.
John Graziano has been hospitalized since the August accident and is pretty much brain dead. His family wants the Hogans to pay for his medical care for life. And they should!

Why was a 22 year old hanging out with a 17 year old? Who purchased the alcohol? Who was a willing passenger?
Simpy being wealthy should not make you an automatic target. The fact is that one person is vegetative, but how did that come to be? Did he purchase the alcohol? Did he take the responsibility to wear a seat belt?
Hogan's kid was only 17 and following the example of an older peer.
Oh god, the kid was 17 years old. His friend made two decisions that day. One he got into the car with Nick knowing his background in street racing- didn't he get a ticket hours before…why the hell did he not get out then? Secondly, he and he alone made a choice not to wear a seatbelt. For god sakes he was the ADULT in the car!!! I feel horrible that this had to happen, and that it took a tragedy for the family to realize how dangerous street racing is. Nick made a mistake, John made a mistake. Should the Hogan family pay for his healthcare, maybe. All in all, I think that the first thing that families should do TOGETHER is make the public aware of the dangers of not wearing a seatbelt. If you remember correctly, Linda discussed divorce with the Hulkster early this season…NICK FOR CHRIST SAKES WAS IN THE ROOM…this is not a scheme.

Some of you are true thinkers who understand that driving a car is not a right- it is a privilege. I am sure I owe all of you thanks for your past posts that always make me think and LOL. BUT,the rest of you who claim it is the victim's fault, need to driver training. For example, if I have a passenger in my car who is not wearing their seatbelt, then I, the driver would get a ticket. YES. THE DRIVER. The driver is not supposed to drive until you check the safety of your passengers. So it is Nick Hogan's fault that poor boy that he turned into a vegetable was not wearing the seatbelt. That is not my opinion it is just the facts. Doesn't matter if he was 17 or 75. For instance, back in my day, before the earth cooled, a HS buddy of mine accidentally,( mind you , he was not racing) floored the gas, while he meant to hit the brakes. He killed one passenger and injured the other two. He is still in jail for vehicular manslaughter, serving a 20 year sentence. Men under 18 should not be legally allowed to drive without parental supervision. They don't have the experience or ability and they are too immature. If it were up to me, I wouldn't have men driving till 21+. I've never known one teenager mature enough to handle a vehicle like an adult. hospitals and their care are extremely expensive and hospitals routinely overcharge.
I'm sure Linda has saught council and has subsequently discovered that the costs of such care for life will put them into bankruptcy eventually.

And then on top of all those costly expenses, we are talking about suing for the loss of mobility and mental function which is pretty much loss of life and there's another slew of millions.

situations like these are extremely sick in that the responsible party hopes for the plug to be pulled to save their pocketbook. disregarding any responsibility is expected. it's clear that he has taught his son the same in which is why he is more open to try risky things knowing he will be able to get away with it or his father will take care of the mess. if money is the reason you are pulling the plug, you are one sick mother. you have one life. use it wisely. there are special cases that people have been thought to have been brain dead and awoke ok from a coma.
