Damning new evidence against Nick Hogan was released by the Clearwater, Florida, police on Wednesday.
Amongst the startling new revelations - Nick was going at approximately 100mph when his car crashed in August, leaving his friend, John Graziano, with serious head injuries and incapacitated for life.
The damning evidence comes from Barrett Lawrance, a close friend of Nick's and a passenger in the silver Dodge Viper that was racing Hogan's car.
Lawrence painted Nick as someone who "always" drove recklessly.
Hogan's lawyer adamantly denies his client was driving 100mph.
At the hospital, Nick told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn't know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was "mumbled and soft" and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report.

I am sorry, I am not saying that Nick was not driving irresponsibly, but the passenger was over 18 and choose to get in the car AND NOT WEAR A SEATBELT !!!!!! If he had I am guessing the nature of his injuries would be vastly diffrent. At what point will people stop looking to blame someone else for thier poor choices. Hell they are still saying the paprazzi killed lady Di when she actually might have lived if she was wearing her seatbelt.
I have driven well over 100mph numerous times and I am doing perfectly well. Do you seriously think that type of heading makes people want to read this garbage? I've driven 148 down the freeway in an STI and it was fun as shit. Obviously the fucken idiot needs to learn how to drive..

30 to 40mph? Really? Only if they think we are stupid. There is no ways that somebody will have an accident like that, in which a person's brain is practically dead driving at that speed. My grandmother drives at that speed!

You know what EVERYONE makes mistakes & accidents happen ITS HOW YOU FACE THE ADVERSITIES THAT COUNT this is surely a reflection of how morally bankrupt the hogan family really is. I'm sure Nick did not intend for that to happen to John, but the Hogan's trying absolutely EVERYTHING to not be held financially and or criminally responsible in this young mans demise is just TRAGIC! His reckless behavior left John, who served his country completely incapacitated for the rest of his life and all the Hogans can do is stage a divorce & lie about the details of the accident, just so they wont be held liable for their enabled loser son. in my opinion John's life was much more valuable than that spoiled piece of shit that is nick hogan- hes the one who should be lying in a hospital bed like a vegtable.

First, how retarded do you have to be to not wear a seatbelt when you drive with a friend, that you know for a fact, '“always” drove recklessly'??? And second, anykind of accident can cause a shock and make you act weird, it all depends how stressproof you are, hes a young guy, Im surprised he could recall his own name. 40/50mph is a lot when you crash.
it's ridiculous to blame only that Hogan-kid for what happened. Very bad for the victim, but he should and could have known better. When he stepped into the car he knew what to expect: reckless driving by a (very likely) heavily drunken driver. He should have stopped the Hogan-son from driving, he should have kept out of the car.

I hope this spoiled little rich kids goes to prison for basically killing a young war vet. This young man risked his life everyday in Iraq to serve his counrty and was very lucky he made it home safe. However untiol he got into a car with an entilted little punk. I hoe there is justice in this world. If so Nick will spend the rest of his life in prision. Also Hulk should be hels responsible as well. He poored gasoline on the fire. I also think this divorce is just a way to protect his assests.

I live here in Clearwater - and I travel on 60 (the road where the crash happened) regularly with my three kids in the car…it is the road that goes out to the beach. I can tell you that if they were traveling more than 40 miles per hour - they were putting people in danger. This road is filled with people - it is very highly traveled. He should not have been driving - as he had been drinking alcohol (at the age of 17) - he brags about the number of times he has been pulled over for driving at a high rate of speed - he friend is basically a vegetable - with hopes of MAYBE being able to blink on his own…Nick needs to learn his lesson…it is ridiculous that Hulk Hogan can step in and payoff all the Clearwater police for everything they do - take responsibility. If he was ADULT enough to drink - if he was ADULT enough to drive - he should be tried as an ADULT and be put away for his actions.
