Hulk Bought Nick's Beers!

Nick Hogan better start bargaining with prosecutors now if he wants to avoid serious jail time!
New evidence was released by police on Wednesday that is incredibly damaging to Hogan's case.
It has already been established that Nick had been drinking, but this new bit of info is alarming and disgusting and holds his dad even more liable than he already is!
Included in the new documents is a receipt from Albertson's Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the awful accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk Hogan bought the beer and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.
The report says Nick and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hulk, where everyone was consuming beers.
Later that night….we all know what happened.

In NY you can't buy beer unless everyone with you is over 21. I'm guessing it's more relaxed in FL tho…or they clerk would be more worried about getting in trouble. I suppose if you're with young kids they obviously still let you…but anyone Nick's age would get IDed and the beer would not be sold. They are extremely strict about that now. And my parents never bought me alcohol. If Hulk bought that alcohol for his son, then he is legally in deep deep shit.
It may be legal for you to serve your child alcohol in your home, but then if he goes out and injures someone you are liable. So Hulk could be in really deep shit.
Its sad that a mother in CHARLOTTESVILLE can be sent to jail for 2 years for having a party at her house, yes with underage kids, for letting them drink there. She even collected their keys and when tested they were all under the limit of .08. You know Hogan wont get in any trouble b/c hes famous, but maybe next time when a famous person KILLS someone the police will pay attention and give the sentence an "average" person would get!!
