Oh, no!

Oscar winner Louis Gossett, Jr. was diagnosed with the early stages of prostate cancer at the age of 73 years old.

The actor, who won an Academy Award in 1982 for An Officer and a Gentleman, came forth with the news in order to encourage other African-American men to get checked out. He says he wants:

"to set an example for the large number of African-American men who are victims of this disease because of the comparatively low emphasis in our community on preventative examinations and early treatment.

"I want to influence them to seek, as I have, the fine medical care and early detection now available."

Funk superstar George Clinton's son was found dead in his Tallahassee home last week, appearing to have died from natural causes.

George Clinton, Jr. was only 50 years old and the police have stated, "Barring any finding by the Medical Examiner's Office, our investigation is complete."

Clinton also recently lost his mother, Julious G. Keaton, back in December.

We are so sorry for his loss and our thoughts are with George and his family.

Apparently, geeks across the nation have speculated of the sexual orientation about one Sheldon Cooper on Big Bang Theory. Some argue he is gay, some say a-sexual.

Well, either way, you are wrong. The definite answer was given by the executive producer Chuck Lorre about Jim Parson's character and the answer is…"other."

If you are scratching your head, give it a rest and ponder this explanation from Chuck for a second. Chuck says:

“His entire focus is on the work that he’s doing — theoretical physics. ‘Alternate reality’ is another way of looking at it. Characters like Sheldon are drawn to an alternate reality that might be more comforting than the ones they live in. And why modify that? Why not let the character be that unique?”

Um, because it's WEIRD?!

Guess that just how this show functions though, which is why we've never seen an episode.

Actor Harrison Ford personally flew out medical volunteers and supplies to Haiti from the Dominican Republic for the charity Operation Smile.

Sending a surgical team of 20 volunteers they were able to get in a full day of surgery for the victims of the earthquake!

The first 14 went over a period of two trips and Harrison accompanied the last 6 volunteers on a third trip in his Cessna 208 Caravan that he piloted himself.

Despite Kendra's meltdown after the Super Bowl, she's happy that her husband's team lost!

She claims that her crying is because the paparazzi wouldn't leave her family alone and not because her hubby effed up the Colt's chances for a big win!

"BTW i smiled and was very happy when the Saints won cuz of Reggie bein from SD n bein a big Brees fan! ," Tweeted Kendra.

Riiiiight.

"With all this drama i should get my own reality show lolol," she joked.

Well isn't he lucky?

Lil' Wayne was scheduled to be formally sentenced to a year in prison today for illegally being in possession of a loaded gun, but because of his RIDICULOUS grill and the surgery it will need to be fixed, he has been granted an extension.

His oral surgery is scheduled for Friday, but he won't have to face the judge again until March 2nd.

We think this is pretty effing ridiculous!! If he's gone this long with his teeth looking like Winterfresh gum wrappers, he can serve his time in prison with it, too!

Something strange is going on here!

Only hours after the Medical Examiner ruled the death of Dan Kerrigan, ice-skater Nancy's father, a homicide, the family's lawyer has released a not-so-complimentary statement.

"The Kerrigan family is extremely disappointed that the medical examiner would release a cause of death without having all of the relevant facts. We believe this finding to be premature and inaccurate. The Kerrigan family does not blame anyone for the unfortunate death of Dan Kerrigan, who had a pre-existing heart condition."

Kerrigan's brother, Mark, has admitted to strangling his father during an altercation immediately prior to his passing. Mark is also reportedly a victim of post-traumatic stress disorder after his time in the Army and has a history of violent outbursts.

We understand that this must be an extremely difficult time, but we're not entirely sure why such a fuss is being made. It seems as though it's very clear what happened, whether the death was intentional or not, Mark's actions caused Dan to pass away.

And here's one more for you: Neither Sony nor Lionsgate, the two biggest contenders for the franchise, won out in the end.

In an auction for the rights to the Terminator empire yesterday, Pacificor beat them out by proving they were willing to throw down any amount of money to gain control of the Terminator empire. So Sony and Lionsgate backed down.

A bitter fight until the end!

Sources are confirming that The Jersey Shore has got its location for season two. Snooki, the Situation, JWOWW, Pauly D, and Co. are heading to South Beach.

The source confirms that the group will be heading down in May to start shooting and that MTV is currently renting and renovating a house off Lincoln Road for America's favorite guidos and guidettes to trash.

No word yet if the duck phone will be moving from it's home in Seaside Heights or if the house has accommodations for the juiceheads' GTL lifestyle.

Personally, we're a little disappointed they aren't headed to Europe. Could you imagine what real, true blood Italians would do to these guys?
