Last night, X Factor├óΓé¼Γäós top 16 finalists of season two were narrowed down to just 12 — and it was a real sight to behold!
The Groups category mentor, Simon Cowell, ended up placing the girl group formerly known as LYLAS (now 1432) in the bottom two, along with country trio, Sister C.
1432, however, had an interesting survival song choice, as they sang Demi Lovato’s hit, Skyscraper!

Though, the group that got saved was ultimately Simon’s decision, and he ended up putting the girls through to next week and cutting Sister C!
There are definitely some great voices in 1432… now it’s time for ANOTHER name change — thank Gawd — because we were NOT feeling the whole numbers thing!
Simon wants America to vote on a new name using the Twitter hashtag, #rename1432, and hopefully they choose a good one, so the girls can stick with it!
