While we certainly understand the need to use bigger machinery to move bigger objects, we do have a question about Alicia Keys needing a giant-ass crane to pull expensive stuff out of her $15 million penthouse: did they need a crane to get it in there??

We certainly would've heard if they did — which makes us think this is OVERKILL!

Alicia and Swizz Beatz just sold their SoHo condo, and started to move this week. That's hard enough when you live in NYC with any amount of stuff, but extra hard when your stuff is HUGE and EXPENSIVE!

So you hire a construction crane instead of lugging the crap down stairs and in elevators, which would further slow your process… and you pay probably over a $1,000 a day to rent it!

Oh, and if you're wondering: they're moving to New Jersey! Her world tour is starting with a move — fitting!

Swizz Beatz knew his wifey, Alicia Keys would make a great set of sneakers and she got to share them with the world at The Grove on Thursday.

Ahh, the of perks marrying the creative director of Reebok!

To show off her AKW kicks, the singer donned green pants with a colorful, geometric top that went perfectly with her bright wedge heels.

We kinda wish Alicia went with a more subtle outfit so her shoes were the main focus, but what can ya do?

The ever-astounding Alicia Keys recently kicked off her Set The World On Fire Tour and she seems to be doing just that… and then some!

Alicia always puts on an AHmazing show and this time around, she’s making sure her fans get the most intimate experience possible!

For each and every city, Alicia is having fans send in pics of themselves to get edited into a new music video for her song, Illuminate Me!

The Girl On Fire tour was way too big- and busy- for Alicia Keys to get a babysitter!

So she's taking little Egypt with her, to all 53 shows, all across North America and Europe!

Alicia Keys just put together the new public information campaign, EMPOWERED to teach women about HIV/AIDS, and she couldn't have done anything better.

The movement is set to be released on the National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, which is March 10 and will use public service ads to get in contact with communities.

With about 280,000 people in the US living with HIV, the singer wanted to reach out to women because the female race is the majority of individuals living with the virus.

The Girl On Fire singer ended up telling an ADORBz anecdote about her son Egypt and his crush on Blue Ivy Carter! She said:

Alicia Keys, as fabulous as always, totally slayed during the NBA All-Star halftime show. We're just wondering if Alicia has decided to only do sporting events from now on, having just been at the Super Bowl as well!

LOLz!

It's also kinda funny because Beyoncé was there too — we wonder what she thought of the show, and if she wishes Alicia was a member of Destiny's Child! Ha!
