Amanda Bynes will finally be appearing court on June 6th for her April 6th DUI arrest, but apparently, she's may have to return very soon after that, because the actress was involved in ANOTHER hit-and-run only a few short days AFTER the first!

The Nickelodeon child star has yet to be officially charged for her April 6th DUI incident, but her court date is set for June 6th.

Amanda Bynes is expected to be charged with refusal to take a blood test.

We hope after ALL of these recent, driving-related altercations, Amanda is taking some time for self-reflection!

According to law enforcement sources, police dispatched a helicopter to track an SUV believed to be on the run after hitting another driver.

Just last month, actress Amanda Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and now, nearly a month later, her charges have been announced.

According to officials, in the next two weeks, Amanda will be charged with refusal to take a chemical test. In California, it’s illegal to refuse to take a blood or breathalyzer test when you are arrested for a DUI.

It seems Amanda Bynes - Hollywood’s newest spiraling starlet - refused to let authorities take a blood test during her April 6th DUI arrest, even though she blew a 0.0 on a breathalyzer.
