No more fangs and sparkles for this chica. Her stint on Pan Am has impressed enough people that she is making the switch full-time to TV.

It has just been announced that Twilight star Ashley Greene has landed a plum part on the new ABC drama pilot Americana. The show follows Ashley's character Alice (ironic!), who is the unknown daughter of a famous fashion designer to be played by Anthony LaPaglia. Now, the designers family has to deal with this new member to their folds and stitch together some new bonds.

That's just a little sewing humor. Go with it.

Sounds like the kind of show that could take off … on ABC Family. But if it packs the same kind of punch that Ugly Betty did, THEN we can see ourselves getting on board with this on primetime. But a big congrats to Ashely! This could be huge for her.

LOL!! And that's not just the title of this movie!! Oh no, it actually looks pretty funny!! …for teens, daughters with mother issues, and pop culture enthusiasts like us!!

Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore star in this coming of age film, and we have TONS of clips for U to decide whether or not U wanna see it!!

Should definitely be interesting to see Mileybird and Ms. Moore sharing the screen together. And hey, maybe if the movie is good…they'll make a sequel called LMAO or ROTFL! Ha!
