We have GREAT news for everyone with ears!

The Killers are working on their new record!!

Sadly, we don't have any sort of ETA, but the the Mr. Brightside band's drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr. just revealed a portion of their rockin' plan!

He admitted

WOW!

We had nothing but good feelings when we found out that Tim Burton was once again directing his longtime muse, Winona Ryder, in a music video for The Killers, but now that the finished product has arrived, we're happy to report that this effort really IS something else entirely!

And ultimately, it's PURE, classic Burton…and in a lot of ways, more-so than even some of his recent big-screen efforts!

Ch-ch-check out the actress going back to her Edward Scissorhands blonde as a starlet whose longtime fan ends up finding love with a wax mannequin with her likeness (above)!

We love ourselves a cheeky Christmas tune and The Killers do NOT disappoint in their latest holiday creation, I Feel It In My Bones (above)!

The video is wonderfully naughty, but the sugary, spicy, nice part is that all proceeds from the sale of the tune go directly to the RED campaign!

The Killers have put out a Christmas jingle every year since 2006, all of which help raise money for a good cause.

If that doesn't put these indie-rocker dudes on Santa's nice list, then we're all pretty much doomed to a fistful of coal in our stocking!

This is absolutely EPIC news!

While The Killers have yet to announce what they're next single from latest album, Battle Born, will be, we can report that they've already started shooting its music video….because the band has been spotted doing just that inside the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool, UK…with director Tim Burton at the helm of the production and starring

Ragin' indie-rock band The Killers stole our hearts and ran off into the sunset at MTV's EMAs when they played their rousing hit Runaway from new album Battle Born (above)!

We love us an inspiriting, head-banger of a performance, and the Killers practically gave us whiplash with last night's performance.

And that Brandon Flowers…

oOOooo his cracklin', spine-tingly voice is pure SEX and bubbles over our bodies like a babbling brooke!

Make love to us with those vocals, Mr. Flowers!

Whoa! Easy! Fighting is NEVER the answer, fellas!

Isaac Slade has some beef with Brandon Flowers after some comments The Killers singer made awhile back.

The Fray frontman says that he saw a Youtube video of Flowers trying to pump up a crowd while The Fray were recording Scars & Stories.

Brandon said, "Come on, stand up and dance. This isn't a f*cking Fray show."

For Slade, those are some fighting words and he's not having any of it!

After a four year hiatus, The Killers are returning for 2012!

Frontman Brandon Flowers confirmed that the Band will be back and have already recorded several tracks.

Flowers has been busy baybaymaking, blooming three little blossoms of joy.

Mr. Brightside also said that the band doesn't want the new album to be a Hot Fuss 2, Sam's Town 2, or Day of Age 2.
