Sporting a Something About Mary-inspired 'do, the actress killed it in a Stella McCartney for the Green Carpet Challenge gown.
Cameron worked with the designer on the custom creation, which is made from organic, certified silk and glass beads.
Hands down, this is the best she's looked EVER.

Listen, we were nervous about this flick at first. Howeves, the trailers AND the sneak peeks of What to Expect When You're Expecting that we've seen look HIGHlarious!
The movie's other stars include: Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Brooklyn Decker, Matthew Morrison, Dennis Quaid, and Chris Rock… just to name a few! LOLZ!!
With at cast like that, you can't it's hard to go wrong!
