Top artists— like Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Madonna, and Nicki Minaj— came together in hopes of winning a trophy, but there were just TOO many EPIC performances for all of the accolades to be presented on the MGM stage!!!

Carly Rae Jepsen made her second annual appearance at the Billboard Music Awards in Sin City on Sunday.
Her black mesh Dyanthe mini dress with strategically sequined panels placed along the tittay area for modesty was quite risque for the 27-year-old.
To be honest, though, we want to cut off those side sashes — superfluous!
She accessorized with Gio Dev heels, Isharya jewels, and a Nancy Gonzalez clutch.
The outfit is so-so, but that new red hair is a definite WINNER!
We're so glad she gave it some volume with those coiled curls — the stick-straight look was getting OLD.
