The lady of the day, who saved Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's kids from their totally not sober mommy, is going to court to talk to the judge even though she totally doesn't have to!

Brooke Mueller has voluntarily admitted herself to UCLA Medical Center to receive treatment for drug addiction. The socialite and ex-wife of Charlie Sheen was released from an involuntary psychiatric hold there on Friday, following a multi-day drug binge.
A source revealed:
Earlier we told you tiger blood's twinzies were REMOVED from their mother's care because she used drugs, posed a threat to herself and others, and was placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold!
Charlie Sheen's four-year-old sons were taken out of Brooke Mueller's hands by the El Lay Department of Children and Family Services and now little Bob and Max are being cared for by Denise Richards!
As it turns out, Charlie fully supports that course of action!!

It turns out the Los Angeles County Dept. Of Children And Family Services had a good reason to remove Brooke Mueller's twins from of her custody!
After a multi-day drug binge, Charlie Sheen's troubled ex was deemed was "a threat to herself and others" and she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold at UCLA Medical Center!!
The 35-year-old mama was 5150'd under the Californian Welfare Institutions Code — you might remember the same thing happening to Britney Spears during her dark days!
According to one source close to Brooke's family, she was out of her mind on drugs when the hospital put her on the psychiatric hold!!

We just learned that Brooke Mueller's twins, Bob and Max were taken away by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services because everyone feared that Brooke's drug use could potentially hurt them.
Now that her babies are gone and in the custody of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards, Brooke still does NOT want to go to rehab.
Oh no! We thought Brooke Mueller had put drugs and alcohol behind her and was focusing on her and Charlie Sheen's sons, but it seems we were mistaken.
The Los Angeles County Dept. Of Children And Family Services has reportedly taken Bob and Max out of Brooke's care amid reports of Brooke falling off the wagon.
And things got even more Complicated when the court granted temporary custody to Charlie's other ex Denise Richards!

Denise Richards has been getting slammed by the media because everyone thinks she's unhealthy, and even after she defended her weight, people just won't leave her alone!
But after Charlie Sheen heard that his ex-wife was getting bullied, he took to his Twitter to write:
