Cheryl Cole has been keeping a relatively low profile since her boot from the US X Factor, but now, the pop star is reportedly in talks to host a brand new chat show on Channel 4, tentatively called Late Night With Cheryl, which would also feature big name celebrity guests!

The 28-year-old has been inundated with offers to get her face on screen but this opportunity seems the best fit.

Simon is a very smart man. He knows what he's doing (usually…we miss you, Chezza), and he's good at adapting. So after this test run with season one, we're only expecting the best in season two.
