Conan O'Brien is stopping by The Late Show with David Letterman next week to make his first appearance in 13 years!

The last time he was interviewed by the CBS late night favorite was in 1999, and A LOT has changed since then.

Keith "The $10 Million Lighting Fixture" Olbermann wasn't kidding about taking action against Al Gore's Current TV for his early dismissal. His attorney, Patricia Glaser, has revealed that the anchor is filing a lawsuit against his former employer…TODAY!

We're not sure about the inside details that will make or break this case for the disgruntled newsman, but he's got good representation. Glaser helped Conan O'Brien take home a $45 million settlement from NBC during his Tonight Show debacle.
