A year after removed from divorce, Debra Messing is finally able to talk about how her relationship went so horribly wrong!

After ten years of a seemingly blissful marriage, the Will & Grace star and writer Daniel Zelman called it quits and parted ways in 2012.

The hardest part for Debra, though, is how all the broken relationship affected their 9-year-old son Roman Walker Zelman.

In June's More magazine, she revealed:

It was no big surprise that NBC smashed Smashed to pieces.

But, it's still sad to see it go.

Yes, the network has finally let the show out of its misery and has cancelled it after two years of being on the air. NBC recently axed a slew of its network programming, so we had a feeling the show was on the chopping block.

But, what does the show's star, Katharine McPhee have to say about it?

Katharine said:

Yes, we are hinting at something… TAKE THAT HINT, RYAN MURPHY!

The stars of the New York stage showed up to the 2013 Broadway Audience Choice Awards at the Lincoln Center in NYC last night.

Hosted by Wendy Williams, the award show honored the best of the current Broadway season as voted for directly by fans and public audiences!

The carpet arrivals included Glee’s Matthew Morrison, Cyndi Lauper, Debra Messing, and many others.

As we gear up for the Tony Awards, we can't help but wonder — are yesterday's winners shoe-ins for their respective Tony nominations?! We're looking at you, Kinky Boots. Cyndi and Harvey Fierstein's musical collaboration took the award show by storm, taking home the award for Favorite New Musical!

Smash's ship might be sinking fast, but no matter what night the show airs Bernadette Peters will ALWAYS be a star!

The Broadway legend will making a smashing return to the show on this week's The Parents.

This time Bernadette could be staying on the show for longer than one episode at a time after being offered a role in the fictional play, Bombshell.

Maybe she is the star power the TV show needs???!

Because Katharine McPhee, Anjelica Huston, Jennifer Hudson, and Debra Messing don't appear to be enough.

Regardless, we'll always welcome a performance from this bright-eyed bubbly icon!!!!

With Smash's new Saturday night time slot and Debra Messing leaving for CBS, things aren't looking to good for the musical-drama.

But finally it looks like there might be a bit of a silver lining for fans of the show!

Rumors began swirling that Katharine McPhee might also be on her way out, a move that would most likely be the last nail in the coffin for the dying series. One source even went so far as to say:

It's not looking good for a third season of Smash, after being relegated to the not-so-prime time slot on Saturday night!

But at least one star might be making a Grace-ful early exit!

Debra Messing has been announced as the star and executive producer of a new CBS comedy created by two Sex And The City writers.

Julie Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky also wrote on Smash, and it seems the writers saw the writing on the wall and decided it was time to go into business for themselves!

It will be sad to see Smash go, but it's nice to know we won't be Messing anything!
