Drew MarryBarrymore is all set to say "I do!"

The 37-year-old pregnant actress wants to get married to her fiancé, art consultant Will Kopelman before her due date, which is this summer.

The two got engaged over the holidays, which means Drew has been a busy little bee preparing for a summer wedding.

She even recently went on a romantic holiday to Paris, where she allegedly went shopping for gowns!

The dress will be "something tasteful, something timeless -- not a plunging neckline!" since she will be about 5-6 months along.

It's going to be one busy year for Drew!

Yesterday, we told you that Drew Barrymore was spotted walking out of a doctor's office with fiance Will Kopelman holding what looks like is a copy of her sonogram results.

And now we have the pics!!

This DEFINITELY looks like a sonogram pic to us. And Drew wouldn't be holding someone else's sonogram, so what's the deal???

Like we said, when her reps was asked about it, they responded with "no comment."

Doesn't sound like a denial to us....so, we're pretty convinced that Drew's knocked up!

And what's even more suspicious is that when Drew's rep was asked about being pregnant, her rep replied with "no comment."

That's not a "NO," which means it's probably a yes!!

What are U watching at the movies this weekend?

Box Office analysts predict moviegoers will pick either The Woman In Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe, or found footage superhero flick Chronicle. The flicks are estimated to rake in between $13 and $15 million this weekend, while the much larger budgeted family film Big Miracle is only predicted to make up to $7 million this weekend.

Is Drew Barrymore not enough of an onscreen presence to carry a film anymore? Times have changed!

In all honesty, we'll be picking DanRad over her too! Ha! Sorry, Drew!
