Kelly Rutherford's bitter international custody battle continues!
Earlier this week, the 46-year-old Gossip Girl actress petitioned the White House to get custody of her two kids — son Hermes, 8 and daughter Helena, 5.
They live full-time with Kelly's ex-husband Daniel Giersch in France. Kelly claims losing their six-year-long custody battle bankrupted her.
Thanks to support from celebrity friends like Kim Kardashian and former costar Ed Westwick, Kelly well-surpassed her 100,000 signature goal for the petition, which requests the Obama administration bring her children back to the U.S.
Daniel's lawyer released a statement Thursday, saying Kelly's media campaign is dangerous:
Who ya gonna call — Kim Kardashian West?!
On Tuesday, the reality star joined Kelly Rutherford and her other famous friends to assist in getting the blonde beauty's children back.
The Melrose Place actress has been in a six-year custody battle with ex Daniel Giersch — WHOA!
The starlet called upon her famous friends to sign a petition destined for the White House after she lost custody last month.
The Keeping Up With Kardashians star didn't hesitate and took to Twitter to spread the word!
Leave it to Blake Lively to have a HIGHlarious sense of humor!
Gah, what doesn't this woman have?!
Lucky him! What a dream come true!
Imagine being able to turn to Twitter to request something and having the Twitterverse deliver your wildest dreams.
Well, if you're Ed Westwick, there's no imagining needed! That's EXACTLY what happened!

The HIGHlarious exchange went like this:

Ed took on the iconic role of Tybalt, Juliet's cousin and Romeo's enemy, in the latest adaption of Romeo and Juliet, and he gives a stellar performance!
In a new interview, the 26-year-old star reveals what life's been like after GG and how he's excited to take on different characters:
“At the moment, you know I did six years on Gossip Girl and it was an amazing experience. It was my first time working on an American TV show. And, right now, I’m enjoying the idea of exploring film and going from character to character."
And after acting on the hit CW show for so long, it was a natural transition to move out of his chic NYC digs, for a sunny new home in Los Angeles:
Well, they better hope so!
And we have a feeling that might be the road they're headed down after being spotted grocery shopping together at a Whole Foods in West Hollywood over the weekend.
The lovebirds might be together, but they were awfully careful about not being photographed together (above)!
But we're totes happy to see Ed was a total gentleman and pushed their packed-to-the-brim cart while Jessica munched on some goodies.
Teamwork at its finest!
