Well, sounds like Courtney Love’s rights to her late husband’s estate are dwindling down even more.

Reportedly, Courtney and Kurt Cobain’s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, has recently obtained the rights to her dad’s name, likeness and appearance.

Back in 2010, Love received a $2.75 million loan from Frances’ trust fund and still has yet to pay it back.

Recent documents reveal that until Love pays back the loan, she will be unable to profit off of Kurt’s publicity rights.

After Courtney Love made accusations that Dave Grohl hit on her daughter Frances Bean Cobain, the 19-year-old was forced to make a statement, denying all allegations.

Frances wrote on Twitter last week:

"While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy."

Well, now it looks like Courtney has responded with her tail between her legs.

She tweeted on Saturday:

"Bean, sorry I believed the gossip.. Mommy loves you"

What a WEAK apology. Wow.... Shame on you, Courtney. Those are some pretty dangerous accusations to make when you don't know the facts.

It's time to get off of Twitter and focus on helping yourself.

Courtney Love was spotted more than a little rough - and covered in a mysterious white powder - on the way into the Le Bataclan in Paris to perform a show with her band Hole!

We're sure the drama with her daughter has taken a toll on her, but if that's what we think it is all over your leg, then we understand why Frances Bean wants nothing to do with you!

She shouldn't have to take care of her own mother!

It was only a matter of time before Frances Bean Cobain joined the Twitterverse, though if there was ever a person to avoid it, she would be our pick, considering her mother's antics.

Frances hasn't said to much on her page. She ranted a little about liking Lady Gaga, she showed off her new tattoo, but the message that really caught our eye was this Tweet she sent out last week, on her 18th birthday:

"I pitty your inability to love yourself. I hope you find your soul, wherever it may be. stop acting like a prepubescent feral cat."

Do we detect some mouthy angst against her mother, Courtney Love, in this message?! Seems to be the kind of thing Frances would like to say to her. Bet a lot of people would even agree with her.

We'd like to believe that Frances has enough maturity not to engage her mother, but then again, genetics play a lot into that, don't they?
