What a horrible person.
At the time, the religious leader had written on Twitter:

Seriously. Best looking partnership ever?! They are definite contenders…
Well poo for us!
Rannells posted the above pic on Twitter Thursday, accompanied by the comment 'Hey @gavincreel', and below you can see the boys looking VERY snuggly on the Godspell red carpet in July 2011.

Check out the eye-searing heat radiating of these two at Godspell …AFTER THE JUMP!
Well this is sweet … and a little sad. If only Whitney could have heard it before she went off to the great yonder!
Our (imaginary) boyfriend Gavin Creel wrote the catchy tune Whitney Houston back in 2011, as a tribute to one of his favorite singers.
Apparently, it was Whitney's music that got Creel through some difficult times in Junior High, when he felt totally "odd-kid out."
As he writes on his YouTube page:
"She was my absolute favorite singer growing up, and I used to be made fun of for that. In 1987, an 11-year-old boy was supposed to have pictures of cars or baseball players on his bedroom wall…not a huge poster of Whitney Houston. Last summer while I was writing songs for my next record, I kept hearing about all these young boys who were getting pushed around, like I had been, for liking things 'boys weren't supposed to like,' but I was also hearing that some of those boys decided life wasn't worth living anymore.
I wanted to write a song to tell those kids about the woman who helped me through my tough time as a fruity little dude… about the woman who sang me through those crap junior high school years…a song about the music that made me feel happier, fuller, better. And, as I wrote it, I dreamt of getting to play it for her one day."
Inspiring, but super sad he wasn't able to play it for Miss Whitney.
The song itself has an uber-fun dance beat, and probably would have made Whitney proud.
Ch-ch-check out the tribute (above).
Oh my, Gavin! Things are pusalting and racing inside of us that we just can't descibe.
ache have you!!!
Our (imaginary) Broadway boyfriend Gavin Creel graces the cover of Next Magazine this week. If you find that you can't get your hands on a copy of the mag by Friday, don't be alarmed.
It's probably because we've bought everyone out!
OUR GAVIN CREEL!!! OURS! OURS! NONE FOR YOU!
And we just fell in love with him a little bit more!
Gavin Creel sat down for an in-depth interview with Broadway.com and besides chatting about Sutton Foster, his upcoming show with Stephen Oremus and his new music video "noise", he also took a moment to recognize someone who loves him with every part of their soul:
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE HIM! We could listen to him talk all day. Even when he speaks, there is such melody in his voice.
Ah, Gavin! It's such a compliment to know that you take all our swooning over you in stride. Really, the next time you're in L.A., please let us take you to lunch … and then dinner… and then dessert …
Note all the ellipses, Gavin! HA! ;)
So handsome! We could just eat him up with a spoon and liiiiiick!
One of the sekiest boys of Broadway Gavin Creel was on hand for the opening night of "The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess" at the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
If we had had any idea that he was going to be there, we would've just hopped on a flight real quick to see him. Maybe grab a drink. Spend the night drinking and talking and dancing and caressing and….
Sorry … what were we doing?

This is truly extraordinary.
Gavin Creel has recorded a beautiful and rocking anthem to help spread the word of equality for all! Gay rights is something we will never stop fighting for and it's people like Gavin, who use their creativity and talent to help the cause, that will help our motto one day become a reality.
Gavin shared his new single and video with us EXCLUSIVELY and explained why this song means so much to him. He told us:
"As you may know, in the last few years I’ve become really passionate about the fight for marriage equality and LGBT equality in general. I'm reaching out to ask if you could help me with something that I hope will make a really big impact in this world….with MUSIC! (it only costs a BUCK and takes a second…)
My writing partner Robbie Roth and I have written a new song called “Noise,” which is sort of a gay anthem for our time. It's about fighting silence and complacency, and being heard; a song that will hopefully fire people up to speak out for gay rights and make a loud noise so that all those treated unjustly, simply for being who they are and loving who they love, can hear and feel hope. I dream of making a musical statement with this song in a way that I don't see enough in the music industry - a balls out, no hiding its intention, anthem for our movement.
If the song and the amazing video that Andrew Keenan-Bolger has made encourages people to get together and get loud so the men and women who have the power to actually change our laws will hear us and do so, that would be more than I could ever hope for. but i can't do it alone. i need your help to spread it EVERYWHERE."
This is us doing just that!
Please check out the video (above) to hear this incredible song done by Gavin and his co-horts!
The message is clear, but it needs to be louder and spread across this country with passion! Marriage equality needs to happen and it needs to happen now!
Equality for all!
