Well, it's finally over.
On Wednesday, reports were released revealing that a judge officially finalized the blonde beauty and her former flame's divorce back on April 8.
And now, we're learning all about the deets, AKA who got what!
As we previously reported, the famous father decided he WASN'T going to go after 50% of everything his lady love made during their marriage — even though he could have, since they didn't have a prenup.
As a result, the lovely lady got to keep all the rights to No Doubt, while the alleged cheater will retain his interests in his band, Bush.
But that's not all!
Well now that Gwen has moved on and found her perfect man in Blake Shelton, she's still dealing with the divorce, but there's good news for the blonde beauty! According to TMZ, Gavin is walking away from millions of dollars he's potentially entitled to!
Since the former couple didn't have a prenup, Rossdale is entitled to 50% of everything acquired during their marriage — but it sounds like
As you gotta know by now, the country singer split from ex-wife Miranda Lambert this past July while the Used To Love You songstress divorced from Gavin Rossdale just over a year ago. Shefani became a thing after the two met while judging on The Voice — and the rest is history.
A source close to the 39-year-old crooner reveals to Us Weekly:
"Blake could propose to Gwen very soon. Gwen is everything he wants."
The insider adds that Gwen's sons — Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2 — are part of the appeal:
After her husband of 13 years allegedly had an affair with the nanny of their three children, the 46-year-old was left uncertain about life as a songwriter.
She explained the importance of the hit song Used To Love You in a new interview with Vanity Fair:
"I went through a real period of anger, but I felt like this song was almost like a forgiveness song. It's admitting, I used to love you and now I don't."
This first single is what got her motivated to get back in the studio:
"I opened this channel to writing again. It was me being honest, being real."
But even then, Miz Stefani admitted to being unsure about if she would be successful in her career ever again:
"I was so scared and insecure and thought it was over for me. I think the hardest thing I did, was to get out of bed and go to the studio."
Well we sure are glad she did!
When it comes to her new muse of a country crooner, the mom-of-three said she is "for sure" in love again — and that's helped her more than anything as a musician:
"I feel like I'm in an amazing songwriting place; instead of being closed off, I'm thinking about positivity and how I can do something creative. I'm just doing what I want to do. It's so incredible to be in that zone. I'm always looking for the next song, and now I don't have to be insecure or write about heartache."
Good for her!
So happy to see Gwen back on her feet! Don't ever doubt yourself, girl!
Gwen Stefani was surrounded by all of her loved ones this Easter!
As you know, Miz Stefani shares kids Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2, with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale — who of course was not at the family affair.
The young boys were spotted wearing matching powder blue suits for the special occasion.
Blake showed up to Gwen's parents with a large cooler of goodies wearing his usual flannel and ball cap.
Looks like the lovebirds enjoyed a fun and low-key celebration!
Doesn't look like these two will be calling it quits anytime soon…
Luckily, the blonde beauty was able to bounce back pretty quick with the help of her newfound love, Blake Shelton!
Not only that, but the No Doubt singer channeled all her pent up feelings and emotions and decided to make some sweet, sweet music.
One thing a lot of fans have noticed about the songs on This is What the Truth Feels Like is that they seem to be very honest about the singer's emotional state.
Now, over a year later, Miz Stefani is releasing her breakup album dedicated to her picking up the pieces.
In a new interview with NPR she confessed:
"Last February – I think a lot of people know my life fell apart – my family fell apart, everything fell apart. [We were married] 14 [years]. Together 20. You just crumble, you know? … I felt quite embarrassed. I was all the way down. And I just felt like, 'God I gotta turn this around. I can't go down like this.'"
