This is awful.

This trend needs to stop.
Cheryl Cole arrived at BBC Studios in London on Friday wearing a truly fabulous, yet terrible Christmas sweater in celebration of Christmas Jumper Day.
Like Katy Perry just a few days ago, Chezza really seemed to be embracing the eyesore of her Proenza Schouler neon snowflake sweater by pairing it with a leather pleated skirt clearly
stolen borrowed from Kanye West.
Luckily the Girls Aloud singer's pretty smile and bouncy hair balanced out the bad with the good.

The reunited ladies of Girls Aloud shone their holiday bits and baubles SO bright at this weekend's Jingle Bell Ball in London…
And the dynamo quintet put on a delightful variety of performances including one of our old favorites!
Unwrap your first Girls Aloud gift and revel in their gorgeous live rendition of the emotional tune I'm Beautiful Cause You Love Me (above)!
THEN, tear off the wrappings of perfect club hit Something New and indulge in a velvety smooth Promise …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
At The 100th Royal Variety Show the songstresses sang an old favorite, The Promise, and they reminded us just how much we long the song's vintage feel.
The queen must already be in a great mood after hearing she will be a great-grandmother and we bet the girls only added to her joy!
Ch-ch-check out the ladies light the stage on fire(above)!!
Go girls, g-g-go-go-go!
Girls Aloud's brand spankin' new single off of their AWEsome anniversary album TEN has finally smashed onto the scene, and the song's musical visuals are JUST as soft, romantic, and gorgeous as the tune itself!
Thrilled as catnip-sniffing kittens that these lovely ladies are back in our life!
This look is really inneresting, but she somehow manages to rock it!
Chezza vamped up her look with a strong lips and kohl-rimmed eyes while keeping her chocolate locks long and loosely curled.
The whole ensemble would have been better with lighter makeup, but we can live with this.

Wonder if the Queen is a fan? Ha!
The gorgeous Girls Aloud gals were matchy-matchy as they performed for the Queen of England and Prince Philip at Royal Albert Hall for the Royal Variety Performance in London on Monday.
Dressed in strapless mermaid-style gowns with gold brocade embroidery (highly reminiscent of the Dolce & Gabbana F/W 2012 collection), the stunning singers took the stage with mega style as a massive Girls Aloud sign flashed in the background.
Talk about stage presence!
With their lovely Veronica Lake tresses, Cheryl Cole, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding and Kimberley Walsh sang their hearts out for their royal sovereign as well as several celebs in attendance, including One Direction, Kylie Minogue, and Alicia Keys.
We wish we’d been there!
