So they tell us!

Earlier, we reported that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are getting married — for real, real this time! The only thing standing in the way of their happily ever after is none other than Gabriel Aubry, Halle's last baby daddy. He's looking to keep their daughter Nahla in the states with him, but that's the last place Halle wants her to be … and it has nothing to do with Gabe.

Actually, Halle wants to move Nahla far from Hollywood, into Olivier's home in France. It seems marrying Olivier would not only cement their relationship, but would also give Halle an excuse to move away from La La Land, a place she no longer feels safe in. According to reports, here have been and are serious threats to Halle's life, particularly from Robert Hoskins, a mentally unstable man, who escaped from a mental institution last week and once proclaimed that he would "slit Halle's throat."

Or so we hear. Truthfully, one can never know for sure until you hear it straight from the person themselves.

So fess up, Halle Berry! Did your man put a ring on it or what?!

A couple of weeks ago, it was a widespread accepted fact that Halle had accepted a proposal from Olivier Martinez right after Christmas. Then we found out that they weren't engaged; Oliver just had given her a nice chunk of bling as a X-Mas gift.

Halle Berry has just reached a new low in trying to get full custody of her daughter Nahla.

The actress is asking the judge in her custody war for permission to move to France with her and Gabriel Aubry's young daughter. If the judge approves the move Berry's model/baby daddy will be forced to either A) move to France or B) Give up on seeing his daughter.

Has Halle been fighting for custody so she can move to Europe, or is she moving to Europe to win the custody battle?

Aubry thinks this is Halle's plan to strip him of any contact with his daughter, and we're inclined to agree.

Halle has everything any girl she could ever want; an A-list salary, an Oscar, super hot fiancé Olivier Martinez. Why can't she just share this ONE thing!

Halle Berry has been fighting tooth and manicured nail to get full custody of her daughter Nahla -- even going as far as requesting a restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry.

Last week a judge denied Halle's request that Nahla be kept from Gabriel while he's under investigation for child endangerment. Which is totes understandable, considering Halle who made the claims that put him under investigation.

NOW, after social workers and CPS have watched Abury with his daughter, the experts recommend he NOT be left alone with Nahla after all!

According to our source:

“Case workers are recommending that a nanny be present with Gabriel during his visitation times. Halle's nanny had been with Nahla when Gabriel had his custodial time from noon until she went to sleep. However, after the alleged incident between the nanny and Gabe, that hasn't been in place, and he has been alone with Nahla."

Why? Did he do something wrong? The close source claims that this decision is the result of Halle using her star power to get her way. The friend says:

"He [Abury] feels that Halle is trying to make his time with their daughter as uncomfortable as possible."

For now no official decision has been made, that will be up to the judge next time they go to court.

We wish this could all end. These guys, need just share the kid and stop making her life a living hell!

It's clear they both love their daughter lots, now it's time for them to set aside their differences for her sake!

The judge has made up his mind in Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's custody war over daughter Nahla, and it appears that the actress' ex will NOT lose his rights to see her while he's being investigated for child endangerment!

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry battled it out in a courtroom on Monday over their custody agreement of three-year-old Nahla.

Halle wanted to restrict Gabriel from having his visitation rights with their daughter and also requested a restraining order after the alleged shoving incident between him and her nanny.

After meeting with both parents, however, social workers recommended that no changes be made in their current custody agreement, which the judge is likely to agree with. He'll also most likely deny Halle's request to receive a restraining order.

An insider says:

"Social workers recommended that absolutely no changes be made in the current custody agreement, which the judge gives tremendous weight and consideration to. Halle and Gabriel essentially have joint custody of Nahla. DCFS found absolutely no basis to the claims that Gabriel physically assaulted the nanny, or has ever physically abused Nahla.

There was nothing found to substantiate the nanny's claims, and social workers felt that a restraining order that Halle was seeking wasn't necessary, and would actually harm Nahla by keeping her from her father."

A law enforcement source also added that:

"Gabriel Aubry is unlikely to be charged with any crime in relation to the police report the nanny filed."

As we mentioned earlier, they are recommending that Gabriel and Halle receive parenting classes together and counseling for little Nahla, which is something we completely agree with!

If anything, these two need open communication here. Denying Nahla from seeing her father WOULD ultimately hurt her in the end. Just set your egos aside and become parents!!!

This judge is NOT doing Halle Berry any favors!

Court officials dismissed her claims that Gabriel Aubry hit their daughter's nanny, ordered her to take parenting classes with her estranged baby daddy, AND NOW they're making berry pay HIS court fees!

According to our source:

"Halle has been ordered by the judge to pay Gabriel's legal fees. It's not uncommon in custody dispute cases when the parents aren't married. It's so that both sides will have a level playing field, and fees in custody disputes are racked up very quickly."

That is NOT how an A-lister is used to be treated! This must be ever so stressful for the actress.

Last week Berry was denied special treatment AGIAN when the judge refused to grant the restraining order to prevent Gabriel from seeing their daughter, Nahla, until the outcome of the criminal investigation she started over him "hitting" their nanny.

How long will the actress and her model baby daddy drag their poor 3-year-old through this?
