This is just so sad.
Cissy's comments are direct opposition to those made my Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina's dad.

Jaden Smith isn't done playing with your mind — and this time he's going in through the ears!
The 16-year-old released a new song called Offering, which is essentially just him rapping his finest Twitter gems over a smooth jazzy beat.
In the song, mini Fresh Prince dissects topics like his family's success (he name drops father Will Smith), his dislike for anything corporate, run-on sentences, and his plans on saving the world.
We also get the feeling that — despite once saying he only reads books he writes himself — the star has a lot of young adult series in his book collection, because he references Divergent, The Hunger Games, and Harry Potter in the track.
He also refers to himself as the "new male Madonna". WHA?!
Do U accept Jaden's Offering? Is the Willenium officially over? Take a listen to the track (below) and decide for yourself!
100 points to Gryffindor!
The film, which will take place around 70 years before the events of the Harry Potter series, centers around the "magiczoologist" Newt and his adventures!
The film is set to come out on November 18th of 2016!
Fingers, and wands, crossed that Eddie gets the part!
It's been almost four years since we've seen a J.K. Rowling novel reimagined for the screen, but that's all about to change.
That's because the trailer for The Casual Vacancy, her follow-up to Harry Potter, just came out ahead of its HBO premiere!
The televised version of J.K.'s first foray into adult readership is set to air in three parts on April 29 and 30 if you live in the United States.
No matter how much JK Rowling loves her own characters, it must get tiring answering the same questions again and again.
We're sure one popular area of constant questioning is Dumbledore's sexual orientation. We can't remember the last time the sexuality of a children's book character was talked about so much. LOLz!
It was a pretty big deal back in 2007 when JK revealed that Dumbledore was gay, but that was a while ago and it's now common knowledge.
But one Harry Potter fan just had trouble accepting the fact that Dumbledore was gay. So they tweeted to JK Rowling and actually got a response!
The now deleted Twitter exchange read:
We thought we'd already seen the best parodies of Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' hit Uptown Funk. But this one is just MAGIC!
Because they replace Bruno with He Who Must Not Be Named, singing all about taking down Harry Potter!
They even mixed in a little of the John Williams score! 50 points to House Slytherin!
Ch-ch-check out Dark Lord Funk (below)!
Samantha Jones WON'T be seeing Mr. Grey anytime soon!
That's right! In a recent interview promoting her new show, the 58-year-old dropped the chain-rattling bombshell that she doesn't find 50 Shades star, Jamie Dornan, attractive!
The Sex and the City star told The Independent:
In magical life, if Draco Malfoy got stood up by Kim Kardashian, only to be met by three Weasleys, he probably would have lost it and cast a spell on the nearest muggle!
But thankfully, in real life, Tom Felton is awesome and hilarious!
Following the jokes about the reality TV star looking like him with her new hair color, Tom spent a night out with his old Harry Potter buds to reminisce. James Phelps, Bonnie Wright, and Rupert Grint were all smiles with their former foe.
Tom wasn't quite done joking yet though. He captioned the pic:
