America's favorite radio host Howard Stern is the hottest judge in the reality television world, but you can't win over everyone.

The shock jock slash America's Got Talent judge on got a little too honest with Mir Money, an adorable young rapper from Philadelphia, who was insanely courageous and ventured onstage to entertain his wildest dreams on becoming a young rapper.

Less than a minute into his performance, however, Stern rejected the young boy, and during his evaluation began to say "No one likes hitting an X on a 7-year-old," at which point Mir Money began to sob.

Howard Stern then surprised everyone by going up on stage and comforting the young superstar!

In an incredibly touching moment, Stern told the hip hop mini star some all around amazing advice.

He said:

"You know I interview a lot of rappers on my radio show, and none of them is quite as good as you."

This made the kid smile, and the audience exhaled a nervous sigh of relief.

After Mir left the stage, Stern said:

I'm not cut out for this, I'm not cut out for this. I can't do it man, I can't do it. Robin, radio is for me. I made a mistake, this is not for me.

We think you're wrong, Stern. You're great! Just go easy on the youngsters, man!

Last night's ratings winner is too close to call. The three top rated shows from last night are all winners — and all very predictable!

ABC's Dancing With the Stars was #1 in viewers with 15.6 million total viewers. That is a shiz ton of people, HOWEVES they get points taken off for their low score with the age demo (18-49-year-olds).

So, Monday night was a tie between DWTS and…. Two and a Half Men's season finale! The CBS canned comedy won 11.33M viewers and the night's highest demo score of 3.8 with a porn-centric episode. Vomit.

Howard Stern revealed his inner-sentimentality last night on the debut of Simon Cowell's SUPER cheeseballz variety show, America's Got Talent, and we were HIGHly entertained!

The 'shock-jocker' also reigned in his bawdy, sexually-driven humor and charmed us with cute quips and eccentric (and obviously calculated) actions.

Watch as Howard compares muscle mass with The Savage Men AKA some HUNKY dudes (above)!

And, Howard even plucked at our heartstrings when he got up on stage to hug the trembling Simply Sergio, who after a shaky performance of The Girl From Ipanema, got sent off to the next round in Las Vegas.

But it's all in good fun guys! The media personalities have been friends for years, and Howard has even tried to set Barbie up with Charlie Rose!

The Parents Television Council LOVES to hate Howard Stern.

They attacked the shock jock as soon as it was confirmed that he was the newest judge on America's Got Talent and just DAYS before the newest season premieres, the PTC is at it again.

The advocacy group has written a letter condemning the show for adding Stern and sent it to 91 advertisers to encourage them to boycott the NBC reality competition.
