A New York judge tossed Howard Stern's lawsuit against SiriusXM Radio out of court last week, but the shock jock isn't backing down.

He has appealed the ruling and maintains the company screwed him out of "promised" stock awards after exceeding target subscribers.

Howard's team felt they were owed $300 million, but the judge said his contract's language “is inconsistent with any reading that the parties intended subscribers acquired by merger with XM to be considered” in awarding stock.

Judd Apatow and Howard Stern are feuding over a tweet made by Apatow last week where Apatow dissed Stern about promoting America's Got Talent so frequently.

Howard Stern's lawsuit against SiriusXm Radio, which he filed last year as he claimed that he "was bilked out of stock awards SiriusXM promised him," when they acquired XM and totaled more than $300 million, has been thrown out of the New York State Supreme Court!

We knew Howard Stern was a great choice for America's Got Talent!

Sure, there was some skepticism, criticism, and just plain outrage from some viewers because of his radio show's mature content, but he's a smart, level headed guy who knows what he's talking about when it comes to quality entertainment.

In a recent interview, the shock jock revealed he has become "very confident" as a judge on the NBC talent competition by saying:

As if moving America’s Got Talent from El Lay to NYC wasn’t enough for Howard Stern, it seems like the shock jock is sure hard to please!!!

The new AGT judge reportedly was in talks with NBC to film the show at East Hampton Studio, a movie/TV production house not far from his home!

Oh, we love Howard Stern so much!

The shock jock had Jonah Hill on his show and when the subject of Dustin Hoffman's daughter, Ali, came up, Jonah starting blushing!

Aww soo cute!

Jonah and Dustin have been family friends for years and the elder Hollywood staple got Jonah into acting.

Jonah didn't want to admit his love for Ali but as we reported earlier, we think there might be a connection!
